Research Focus

Single-cell multi-omics integration combining scRNA-seq, ATAC-seq, VDJ-seq, and spatial transcriptomics to dissect tumor-immune microenvironments. Focused on GBM biology and immunological cell state characterization to drive drug target discovery and therapeutic insights.

Current Work

Mapping the GBM tumor immune microenvironment via scRNA-seq, ATAC-seq, and spatial transcriptomics for drug target discovery. Developing RxBiome, a pharmacomicrobiomics drug discovery platform. Building an LLM-powered VS Code extension for reproducible bioinformatics, and containerized Nextflow pipelines for HPC-scale multi-omics analysis.

Industry Experience

Bioinformatics Software Engineer intern at Boehringer Ingelheim (May–Nov 2025), processing 500GB+ multi-modal NGS datasets and writing 8K+ LOC production Python code with 95% test coverage deployed on OpenShift and AWS.

What I'm Looking For

Full-time roles in bioinformatics, computational biology, or drug discovery starting May 2026. Interested in leveraging single-cell genomics, multi-omics integration, and immunology to advance therapeutic target identification. Open to industry, pharma, biotech, and research institutions.
